About EF1 Cattle Company
We are a family operation that has deep roots in America and American Agriculture.
A fact that we are proud of and do not take lightly. Both sides of our families’ ancestors came here in the mid-1800s. A time when this great country was being settled at a rapid pace. They homesteaded and proved up their piece of prosperity, and in such started the legacy of being forever tied to the land. A legacy that has been passed down throughout the years. Though there have been bumps along the way we are forever grateful for the perseverance and toughness of those before us. Their ability to adapt and overcome are why we are here today.
We are currently the 7th and 8th generation of Engelhards to be involved in production agriculture. To say it’s in our blood is an understatement. Some call it a disease; we call it a blessing.

It’s a tough question to answer quickly because EF1 stands for all these and so much more.
